RULES FOR COMPETITION

The 2019 Ultimate Street Car Association (USCA) basic event rules are available online to our members, participants, volunteers, spectators and anyone wishing to learn more about our performance street car events.

Our rules are constructed to:

  • Emphasize safety, education and fun
  • Highlight real street cars
  • Encourage participation for all skill levels
  • Provide a consistent event format
