hi

Brian Finch at speed in his trusty (and really fast) ’71 Camaro at NCM.

Live from NCM with Jimi!

In this episode of the show we brought Jimi on live from the setup area of NCM 2016. Since the “on the scene” interview from New Jersey was so popular in Episode 29 we decided to try that format again, and we’ll be doing that more throughout the season as well.

Of course, the big topics of discussion for NCM were both of the size of the field (over 80 cars) and the speed/trickiness of the track that can cause even skilled drivers to head the wrong direction in a hurry. In addition to just being an awesome summer event to run with your best friends, this larger field at NCM is serving the dual purpose of preparing both staff and competitors for our first ever event at the F1-Track Circuit of the Americas on August 6-7 in Austin, TX.

Also discussed was the close proximity to the Corvette Museum and an update on the big sinkhole that swallowed several rare original Corvettes! The hole has been fixed, and some Vettes restored, but those that couldn’t be are now on display in full battle-damaged glory.

Thanks for listening!

-Rob & Jimi
