Welcome to the Optima Search For the Ultimate Street Car Series Podcast! This show is produced twice-per-month show and will be a great way to keep people informed on everything going on, from rules discussions, to event coverage, and to feature interviews with competitors and people of interest!

Event Notables:
-Beautiful conditions on Sunday!
-USCA track record set on Sunday by Al Copeland Jr. in a Viper ACR with a lap time of 1:49.3
-USCA uses the “big” course – 2.8 miles
-Two Notable Things Happened During Competition:
–The timing system melted after 1.5 runs on Sunday and was fixed after lunch via electronic voo doo.
–Ed Mashalac brought over a brand new freshly built Camaro – and it exploded the engine. :( He went on to do the FM3 Cars n Cones road trip anyway in a rented a 6.4L Challenger!
-Cars N Coffee on Saturday Morning: 200 cars came in locally, and spectators stayed to watch the fun.
-Paul Wilke showed up, car had issues on the trailer, he parked it and just volunteered the rest of the weekend!
