Welcome to the Optima Search For the Ultimate Street Car Series Podcast! This show is produced twice-per-month show and will be a great way to keep people informed on everything going on, from rules discussions, to event coverage, and to feature interviews with competitors and people of interest!

Pikes Peak Results!

And just like that, Pikes Peak is in the rear view mirror! During this show we put together a full list of series updates then went through the full Pikes Peak event highlights. All event trophy and OUSCI invite winners are below and were discussed in depth in this show. You can also view the entire results list in full detail on the Results Page. Enjoy!

Event Stats:

-Hot weather, dry heat, but cooler than last year

-Road Rally: 48 miles one way

-Fire Aid Welcome Party – with Chicken and Waffles!

-Event Turnout: Sold out – 84 cars started the event and 78(ish) finished.

-Rich Wilhoff scored 494 points (6 off of a perfect cake). He tied the highest score ever posted with Mike DuSold last year and set a new street tire record at PPIR this year as well.

-Corvettes beware! More Mustangs seeing podium finishes….
