Welcome to the Optima Search For the Ultimate Street Car Series Podcast! This show is produced twice-per-month show and will be a great way to keep people informed on everything going on, from rules discussions, to event coverage, and to feature interviews with competitors and people of interest!

The BIG Differences Between LS Fest and OSUSC Events

Since we are in between OSUSC Events right now we decided to take a breath and discuss some of the other big events that our competitors like to drive and compete in; specifically the Holley LS Fest Events.

Right now the LS Fest Event (held in Bowling Green, KY in the fall) and the LS Fest West event (held in Las Vegas in the spring) are the only two non OPTIMA Series events where a competitor can gain a coveted OUSCI Spirit of the Event invitation.

That’s for very good reason; both events do feature serious autocross and road course setups that OSUSC competitors will take to naturally…but then they differ pretty vastly. LS Fest events have drag racing, a car show, off road events, drifting demos, and more.
