Welcome to the Optima Search For the Ultimate Street Car Series Podcast! This show is produced twice-per-month show and will be a great way to keep people informed on everything going on, from rules discussions, to event coverage, and to feature interviews with competitors and people of interest!

AMP

New Venue for 2020:

Atlanta Motorsports Park with Sarah Foss!

Atlanta Motorsports Park is a BRAND NEW venue for OSUSC this season and is the location of our second event. Since that’s the case we asked Sarah Foss, Membership Director for AMP, on to share a little about the venue, the designer, the area, and (basically) what our competitors can expect.

For those that have never been, AMP is a DESTINATION track designed by the Hermann Tilke who has designed multiple F1 courses including Circuit of the Americas. There is also an “ice hill” with active water jets available for zany fun driving training, an amazing elevation change kart track, and luxury amenities! NASCAR fans will also enjoy the rich history of nearby Dawsonville, GA…..and yes, that’s the town of “Awesome Bill from Dawsonville” Elliott himself.

Programming note – beginning in March we will resume our TWICE MONTHLY show release format for the remainder of the season.
